  • Agent System of Record (ASOR): First UX designer assigned to ASOR, defining the core agent-management experience across lifecycle, governance, security, trust, and primary workflows.
  • Workday Agent for Microsoft Copilot: Led UX exploration and interaction design for original Workday Agent concepts, translating evolving platform capabilities into use cases, workflows, prototypes, and demos. Experience was showcased during Satya Nadella’s keynote at Microsoft Build 2025.
  • Workday Everywhere: Delivered My Tasks experiences for Workday apps in Microsoft Teams and Slack and created notification and information-display frameworks that surfaced Workday data contextually within collaboration tools. Shipped experiences supporting adoption and engagement across Workday Everywhere.
  • AI-assisted prototyping: Developed practical AI-assisted prototyping workflows for my product area, using Lovable and Cursor to create logic-driven prototypes that improved alignment with PM, research, and engineering.
  • Cross-functional product definition: Partnered with product, research, engineering, and platform stakeholders to turn ambiguous AI product direction into usable enterprise workflows and implementation-ready design decisions.
  • Public demonstrations: Designed keynote-ready product experiences, prototypes, and demos consistently presented at Workday Rising, Innovation Summit, DevCon, Microsoft Ignite, and Microsoft Build.

UX Designer II — DDG / Alexa EntertainmentAugust 2018 – January 2022
  • Global Navigation: Focused on a multi-year, ambiguous workstream defining the navigation strategy (voice and touch) for Echo Show devices; shipped an updated navigation tray and defined groundwork for the larger workstream continued by the team.
  • Multimodal Core: Designed the UI for the Face Mapping Flow (Alexa Visual ID) shipped on Echo Show devices. Collaborated on the Smart Motion Collision Pattern for the Echo Show 10.
  • Music Growth Team: End-to-end UX designer who established a structured process for documenting customer feedback and designed high-velocity A/B experiments to improve discovery, engagement, and music experiences across Alexa devices.
  • Future of Music Vision: Organized and co-facilitated a 5-day vision sprint reviewed by VP and Director leadership, leading to the exploration of proactive media portability experiences.
  • Media Portability: Multi-year, cross-Amazon initiative to make Alexa media experiences seamless across devices via voice, presence, or touch.
  • Alexa Guest Connect: Designed account-linking and personalization flows allowing guests to access their own music on shared devices. Launched globally Feb 2020.
  • Auto Everywhere Group: Partnered with engineering to design and launch proactive device grouping for multi-room music experiences.
  • Move Music with Touch: Defined IA and low-/high-fidelity flows for the media portability center; collaborated with embedded design teams on cross-device media control for smart displays (Echo Show 8, 10, 15). First Alexa project fully transitioned to Figma from Sketch.
